Get to Know Dr. Amy
Dr. Amy JeeHye Huh grew up in Seoul, Korea, and lived in Brazil before moving to Southern California in the third grade! Her love for traveling and passion for helping others led her on a mission trip to Myanmar during college. Restoring underserved children’s smiles, she discovered just how devastating a lack of early dental care can be. This experience inspired her to become an advocate for children’s oral health by highlighting the importance of prevention and education.
Today, Dr. Amy couldn’t be happier to do just that as the owner, founder, and board-certified pediatric dentist behind Little Forest! With her empathetic heart and fun-loving personality, she’s in her natural habitat when she’s working with kiddos. She loves connecting with parents and little ones on a personal level, making sure your family feels like a vital part of hers.
Providing the highest standard of care for your family means everything to Dr. Amy. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from UCLA, and achieved her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the Western University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine in Pomona, CA. She went on to receive her Speciality Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at Loma Linda University, and is a part-time faculty member. Additionally, Dr. Huh is a board-certified pediatric dentist which allows her to give children of all ages and abilities the specialized, kid-focused care they deserve.
When she’s not treating tiny patients, Dr. Amy loves spending quality time with her family and friends. You can also find her trying out new fitness classes, playing the violin, binge-watching her favorite Netflix shows, recycling, or savoring every sip at her local coffee shops!
